Assessment Structure
Weekly assessments include vocabulary, scenario-based short answer, visual/model reasoning, and multiple-choice questions. Unit assessments ask students to synthesize ideas across several weeks. The final assessment checks full-course understanding across the entire 50-episode playlist with vocabulary, short answer, graph/model tasks, and 60 balanced multiple-choice questions.
Week 6 and Week 11 are five-episode weeks. Their weekly assessments are labeled optional or weekend homework so teachers can keep the 12-week schedule moving. Week 12 is a four-episode week with Friday flexibility: teachers may use the Week 12 assessment, assign it as homework, or skip it and administer the final assessment on Friday.
