All products are digital downloads—no physical items ship.

• How you get your files: A download link is emailed to the address used at checkout (and shown on the order confirmation page).
• Didn’t get the email? Check Spam/Promotions or email info@k12movieguides.com and we’ll resend your link.
• School filters: If your district blocks downloads, write from a personal email and we’ll help you access your files.
