Licensing & Use
Unless a product listing states otherwise, K12 Movie Guides resources are licensed for use by the purchasing teacher in their own classroom.
- Allowed: print or make copies for your own students and share the resource through a closed LMS or password-protected classroom environment with your current students.
- Not allowed: post files publicly, upload them to open websites, resell them, redistribute them, or provide the resource to other teachers or schools that are not covered by an appropriate license.
- Additional educators: if another teacher will use the resource with their own students, an additional license is generally required.

Classroom Reps Professional Development
Classroom Reps is licensed differently from our student-facing classroom resources. Classroom Reps licenses are based on the number of educators participating in or using the professional-development product.
A 1 Educator license permits one educator to access and use the purchased Classroom Reps module or Bundle for their own professional learning.
Classroom Reps may also be purchased with licenses for up to 10, 25, 50, or 100 educators, depending on the option selected at checkout.
A multi-educator Classroom Reps license may be assigned to educators within one purchasing school or one purchasing school district, including educators working at multiple school sites within that district, provided that the total number of educators using Classroom Reps does not exceed the number of licensed educator seats purchased.
For example, an Up to 25 Educators license may cover as many as 25 educators within the purchasing school or district. It is not an unlimited school-wide or district-wide license.
Each educator who accesses or uses Classroom Reps professional-development content must be covered by the applicable educator-seat license. Access codes, credentials, private links, or other access methods may not be posted publicly, resold, distributed outside the licensed organization, or used to provide ongoing access to more educators than the purchased license permits.
Classroom Reps may be projected or used during facilitated professional-learning sessions. However, displaying the program to a group does not convert a single-educator license into an unlimited staff license. Educators participating in Classroom Reps professional learning should be covered by the appropriate educator-seat license.
Classroom Reps educator-seat licenses are one-time purchases, not subscriptions or annual-renewal licenses, unless a particular product listing expressly states otherwise.
Organizations that need Classroom Reps access for more than 100 educators should contact info@k12movieguides.com for custom district or organization licensing.
Professional-Development Recognition
Classroom Reps provides professional-learning simulations, completion documentation where available, and state-specific professional-learning guidance. Purchase or completion of a Classroom Reps module does not by itself guarantee continuing-education credit, license-renewal credit, professional-development hours, certification, accreditation, or approval by a school district, state agency, licensing authority, or other organization.
Professional-development requirements vary by state, district, employer, and professional role. Purchasers and participants are responsible for determining whether a particular Classroom Reps activity satisfies their applicable professional-development or license-renewal requirements.

Classroom Reps may provide state-specific information, documentation guidance, and links to authoritative state sources to help educators and administrators evaluate professional-learning requirements. This information is provided for planning and informational purposes and is not legal advice, accreditation, certification, or a representation of formal state approval unless such approval is explicitly stated.
