What educators practice
- Reading observable classroom cues before choosing a response
- Matching response intensity to the situation
- Protecting dignity, fairness, safety, and instructional momentum
- Recovering after an imperfect first move
- Adapting when classroom conditions change
- Using reflection, replay, and follow-through to transfer learning to practice
Professional-learning design
Each module uses professional noticing, four progressive practice reps with debriefs, a critical-contrast replay, and closing reflection/transfer work. Modules include completion documentation and administrator-facing professional-learning materials where applicable.
Individual and facilitated use
Educators may complete modules independently, and the same simulations can be projected for facilitated professional learning. A projected group session supports discussion but does not automatically create an individual completion record for every attendee. When individual documentation is required, each educator should complete the required module work on their own device.
Important recognition note
Professional-development and licensure recognition depends on the applicable state, district, employer, or approved-provider rules unless Classroom Reps explicitly identifies an approval. Classroom Reps documents completion; it does not certify mastery or guarantee renewal credit.
