This E01 Rebels | America: The Story of Us | Documentary | Video Guide challenges students to compare early settlers’ expectations to reality once they reached America. Asks students to think like a director and also analyze Paul Revere’s poem The Bloody Massacre. Reflect on how the episode portrays America’s identity and to what extent it holds true today. Finally, discuss and debate the key factors, as presented in the documentary, that led to the colonies early success.
